BX88334 Wiring Kit, 4 Diodes with 50 OHM Resistor

The BX88334 kit utilizes our current 4 Diodes Wiring Kit but adds a 50 OHM Resister to
allow the diode kit to work with vehicles that have multiplex wiring.
