Adjacent to our factory is the Blue Ox RV Park. This last year we were thrilled to add the Jay C. Hesse Welcome Center which is located on the east side of our RV Park. The Welcome Center is available to our customers and guests during your stay as a place to relax and enjoy your time at Blue Ox.
Upon arriving for your stay or appointment please continue on Industrial Road past Mill Road to the first left which is the entrance to our RV Park. You may park in your reserved site or in site #8. Jeremy will be at the Welcome Center to greet you. You are welcome to stay with us for a night, or longer, and enjoy the scenery and hospitality that Northeast Nebraska has to offer.
Your fit appointment is May 4th at 8:00 a.m. If you would please check-in with Jeremy at our Welcome Center in the RV Park or at our main Corporate Office upon your arrival, that would be appreciated. We have a reservation for you in our RV Park, Site #10 for May 3rd till May 6th. If you have any questions concerning your appointment, please contact Patricia directly at 402-385-9578. We take great pride in our RV Park and new facility “The Blue Ox Welcome Center”. To help ensure the continued enjoyment of our Park and Welcome Center for future customers and guests we ask that you please follow the below guidelines during your stay with us:
Office/Welcome Center Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday thru Friday
Factory Tours: Available at 2:30 PM. Please plan to come to our corporate office five minutes before your scheduled tour. Groups — please contact us to arrange for your tour 1 day in advance. Please be sure to wear closed toed shoes for factory tours and non-prescription safety glasses will be provided.
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Lights: Please turn off all outside lights before retiring or midnight at the latest. Bright lights need to be turned off by 10:00 PM.
Speed Limit: 15 mph
Parking: To protect the esthetic appearance of our park, please do not park on the lawn or in the roadways.
Tornado/Extreme Weather Shelter: In case of a tornado or extreme weather please proceed to the shelter door located on the north side of the Welcome Center. Unlike the main Welcome Center the weather shelter is open 24 hours/7 days a week for your safety.
Parents: Please make sure that your children have a great time in a safe and responsible manner.
Pets (We love pets too!)
- We would appreciate it if you would clean up after your pets in all areas of the park, including your campsite.
- Please keep pets on a leash, and pets are not allowed in any building in the park.
- Please do not leave pets outside your camper unattended at any time.
- If you choose to tether your pet they must be tied to metal tie-out in the ground. Please do not tie pets to trees, electric pedestals, picnic tables, or water hydrants.
Trash: For your convenience, garbage dumpsters are located in the park (refer to site map). Please place all of your everyday trash in the dumpsters. Please no lawn chairs, televisions, rugs, grills, microwaves, leaves or branches.
Laundry: There are coin-operated machines located downtown Pender (On the Corner of 2nd Street and McCabe Street) for your use. No clotheslines please.
Smoking: We ask that you do not smoke in any building on Blue Ox grounds and please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Site: Please check that your site is clean and the picnic table returned to the original location when checking out.
Prohibited: To be able to maintain the condition of our RV park and ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable stay we ask that you refrain from the following:
- No washing of RVs or cars
- No use of fireworks or power tools
- No firearms or weapons
- No washing of dishes or clothes in the bathroom sink
- No major vehicle repairs, oil changes or lubing
- Motorcycles are to be used for in and out travel only
We reserve the right to discharge any person(s) for failure to abide by our rules or who disrupt our other guests.
